Since about 100 years the mountain pines of the Sarn Valley are used to produce the precious oil. They grow at 1700 meters above the sea level under the warm mountain sun..
No other alpine territory has such a growth of mountain pines. They are than transported into distilleries and out of them the oil is produced and than used to make natural products.
From May to October you may visit the distillery every day but sunday, at 16:30.
